The
Judges Decree
Every year, as I sit down to begin to compile the ride list, I think back over the thousands of folks I have met while on a wagon train or trail ride. Each one of these people has impacted me to some degree and I am the person I am today because of these chance meetings. Some of these folks have turned into lifelong friends, many are friends I wish were around more often and a very few, I was happy to see the lights of their trailer as it drove away! No matter if I ended up in constant contact, email contact or a wave as we passed on the trail, each of these people have enriched my life. Without the opportunity to travel the Southeast and ride some of the most beautiful country around, I would be incomplete. To each and everyone I want to say thank you and I hope to see you on the trails this year.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body, but rather to slide to a stop, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, guns a blazin. and loudly yelling, "Wow, what a ride!"
